The title of this page pretty much self explanatory. Over the last 8 months I have turned my love of cooking crappy foods into a mission to make healthy versions of my once Carb-loaded daily meals. And it wasn’t as hard as you may think. Honestly, the hardest part was training my 27-year-old taste buds to like new, healthier options. What I didn’t do was replace certain ingredients with the Low-fat or Fat-free options. I just can’t do it. If I have to eat healthy, I’ve got to make it taste good. I have found the difference in calories, fat count, carb and especially taste doesn’t make that much of a difference, at least for me. If you already use these ingredients, then feel free to switch them out. (as I would do if the role was reversed)

I have broken down my “recipes” into categories. (some of them I have gotten off other sites) So enjoy. If you try one and like it or even hate it, drop by and give me some feed back. And by all means, if you have healthy recipes that are a hit in your house shoot me an email and I’ll post them here!
