  1. hey lyell, im tryin to lose 100 lbs my self… can you share with me your diet and routine? im currently at 310 lbs and im quite strong and nimble… please share your routine with me… thanks!

  2. Hey Lyell,

So it took you about 2 years to lose 100 pounds. I’m curious. Do you have any areas of loose skin? I lost 90 pounds in about 16 months and I looked like a popped balloon! I’ve gained some back, so now I have to re-lose that weight and lose some more (80 pounds total), but I’m hoping I can do it without needing a tummy tuck. Also I’m 55 and so my skin is not as elastic as it was when I was your age. You look great though and it looks like you did it the right way – slow and steady, with plenty of exercise.

    Congratulations,

    Paula

    • No not any loose skin. Thats probably because of my age but also cause i haven’t gotten so lean that it would be a problem. I don’t think I’ll ever have rock hard abs but even if I lost this remaining 20 lbs I don’t think Id have loose skin.

Congrats on the weight loss! The important thing to remember in helping with loose skin is trying to build some kind of muscle mass while losing the weight. Obviously Im not talking about becoming a body builder but adding some muscle to replace the fat will help.

      GOOD LUCK!

    • , after a few weeks off sugar things like fruit and cokeod carrots of sweet potatoes seemed incredibly sweet! I admit that I did rely on Stevia for my coffee though.
